SyncBackPro runs regularly to back up files to our NAS that are also independently backed up to our cloud service. I, too use Macrium for image backups (and also Veeam Agent for MicroSoft windows on some machines). I don't know if it still does that, but I know SyncBackPro does not. But it scattered little tracking files in every directory - kind of messy.
